December 5, 2025 - Based on comments received by the California Department of Housing and Community Development and in coordination with the Methodology Committee, MCOG has revised the draft methodology for further review by the State prior to approval.  Details can be found in the following document:

September 22, 2025 - As part of the Regional Housing Needs Assessment, MCOG will allocate the housing need among its member agencies—the Cities of Ukiah, Fort Bragg, Willits and Point Arena, and County of Mendocino. The draft methodology is outlined in the attached statement:
