The Pavement Management Program (PMP) is updated every three years, as a work element in MCOG's transportation planning program. In 2017, the cities of Ukiah, Fort Bragg and Willits, and the County of Mendocino each received reports. Using data from field surveys and GIS software, a pavement condition index (PCI) is developed that enables each agency to invest limited funds for maximum benefit.

October 1, 2020 - The final Fire Vulnerability Assessment & Emergency Evacuation Preparedness Plan documents are now available, as presented by Category Five Professional Consultants, Inc. and accepted by the MCOG Board of Directors on August 17.

June 2, 2020 - The SB 743 Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) Regional Baseline Study was accepted by the Board of Directors after a presentation by consultant Fehr & Peers at MCOG's regular meeting yesterday.

June 27, 2019 - The final Mendocino Pedestrian Needs Master Document is now complete. This report considers prior plans, existing conditions, and public and agency input to create a comprehensive list with descriptions of projects to make it easier to walk in Mendocino County. - Accepted 6/3/2019 (with direction to finalize plan)
