MCOG Invites Community Input on EV Charging Locations
December 28, 2022 - MCOG is partnering with ChargePoint, a recipient of a Rural Electric Vehicle grant from the California Energy Commission, to solicit community input on preferred electric vehicle (EV) charging sites to be installed in the greater Ukiah/Redwood Valley/Hopland area.
A virtual workshop is planned for Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. Details and Zoom access link will be posted on this web page by February 9.
Additional opportunities for public input will be available beginning February 15, 2023 through an interactive map tool to be posted on MCOG’s website where individuals may pin preferred charging locations, and provide comment. Comments may also be mailed to the MCOG office at 525 S. Main Street, Suite G; Ukiah, CA 95482, or emailed to lellard@dbcteam.net.
We welcome participation from countywide residents. For more information, contact Loretta Ellard at lellard@dbcteam.net or 707-234-3434.
