The Council seeks the TAC’s professional expertise as an independent technical committee. Meetings are typically on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 10am. Please see agendas and minutes for details.
The TAC consists of nine (9) votingmembers or their authorized technical representatives, as follows: the County Director ofTransportation, the County Director of Planning & Building Services, the Mendocino Transit Authority General Manager, the Caltrans Transportation Planning Branch Chief, one technical representative appointed by each of the four cities, and the County Air Pollution Control Officer. Additionally, one (1) non-voting member shall be a rail representative appointed by North Coast Railroad Authority, with all other duties and privileges of TAC membership.
Mendocino Council of Governments is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Mendocino Council of Governments
